Kiyoshi Yamazaki Sensei needs assistance
Onegaishimasu,

Mina-sama, Please announce this in each dojo: Our organization is
currently involved in an urgent fund-raising activity to support an
extraordinary person and dear friend – Yamazaki Sensei. Recently,
Yamazaki Sensei developed an infection, and was in critical condition
for a number of days. While he recovers, he will be unable to teach,
possibly for several months. To assist him during this difficult time,
we are undertaking an effort to raise some funds to help offset his
loss of teaching income.

Making donations is on a voluntary basis only. (A suggested amount for
Black Belts is $50.) Students and Instructors that wish to conduct
fund-raising activity have only two weeks, so keep it simple – we want
to have all the funds collected by October 11.

So we can track the donations we are sending to Sensei Yoshida's
business building where the donations will be collected through the
Oregon non-profit organization; make checks out to:
