Hello all,

Has anyone had any experiences with this company? I ordered 2 books
and a video in mid-July. I received the video promptly, but did not
receive the books. I noted a typo on my address and sent an e mail,
and received a reply from Don Warrener, their President citing that
they shipped the books from their Canadian wearhouse and the order
would be arriving in another 10 or 14 days.

It is now mid-September and all my e mails and phone calls to this
company have gone unheeded. Has anyone else had any similar problems??
