Oh boy, that's awful, I'm so sorry you had to go through that...

With me, I had no exact "symptoms"; I would just get a brutal bout of
diahrea every so often (maybe every 3-6 weeks). Because it was nothing
regular, it's hard to tell. I haven't had a problem with any gluten
yet, but I may not know for awhile and then BLAM!!
