Hi all,

 

Not sure if you all knew this already, but the other day I was looking at the Healthy Choice meals in the freezer at my local grocery store and noticed that on the Grilled White Meat Chicken & Mashed Potatoes meal that it listed wheat as an allergan included in the meal.   I previously had purchased this meal and consumed it and had a strange reaction before wheat was listed to be included in the ingredients.  So I'm wondering if this had wheat in it all the while?  Of course, not sure if it was due to the meal or some medication I was on.  Anyhow... thought i'd pass along this note to all you guys here so you would be aware of the change in ingredients in the meal and to avoid consuming it.
