Carriage Trade Pasteries on Elmwood Ave does an amazing job with GF birthday and wedding cakes.  Shandra is the owner and is very knowledgable to the GF diet and her GF cakes (yellow and chocolate) taste great!  While searching for a GF baker for my wedding cake, Shandra was far more professional and more reliable than Vin Chet.  I had made an appointment with Vin Chet's GF baker and she didn't show/forgot to meet me twice.
