This
sounds great, I was very excited until my girlfriend pointed out a note on the bottom
of the menu that states “our food is not suitable for severe celiac”. Not exactly
sure what this means, but makes me wonder about cross contamination, etc.

This looks interesting. A restaurant that serves
gluten free near downtown!

FYI - From my friend Nancy
I just discovered a wonderful new restaurant,
Merge (www.mergebuffalo.com),
that serves fresh, healthy food options – vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and
more. The food is fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. They even have the
wheatgrass shakes that we tasted from Peaceweavers. Add in the funky city
location and you have a perfect blend for a great lunch or dinner.
