I just discovered a wonderful new restaurant, Merge (www.mergebuffalo.com), that serves fresh, healthy food options – vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and more. The food is fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. They even have the wheatgrass shakes that we tasted from Peaceweavers. Add in the funky city location and you have a perfect blend for a great lunch or dinner.
