In our 2008-3 Newsletter we highlighted Uno Chicago Grill and let our
members know that they were test marketing a gluten-free pizza in the
select New England locations.

We just received notice that "Following a highly successful market test,
Uno Chicago Grill will offer its new, Gluten-free pizza nationally. ...  In
fact, word of mouth reaction from the gluten-free community during the
north-eastern market test prompted the company to advance the timetable
for a national roll-out."

Over the Thanksgiving holidays Ruth and I had the opportunity to taste
this pizza and enjoyed it enough to order a second.  Oh, and they had
Redbridge Beer available at the location we went to in Massachusetts.
What a treat!

We are about to leave for out Club Med Ixtapa, Mexico Gluten-free
Getawaythis evening, but wanted to share this exciting new with all of you.

We may have more news for members when we return about other items
that are being considered by Uno's, as well as dollars savings coupons.
