I had a severe B-12 deficiency when first diagnosed so I had to have them 2x a week for 6 weeks and it did give me more energy.

Now, my doctor seems to give me it whenever I come in and not feeling up to par--as a preventive measure--I think.

Most insurance won't cover it--I think it was $15.00 a shot.
