There is a place called Just Desserts in Amherst. They will be able to make you a GF cake. They are a very nice upsacle bakery and well known. Also try Muscurels Bakery in North Tonawanda. They can do ther flourless chocolate cake.  Finally try 'Just Say Cheesecake". They may be able to accomodate your needs and all 3 of these places are highly requarded in the area.
