I contacted Wegmans yesterday and recieved a response today. The way it was worded indicated that they either didn't get my original email or that they didn't read it correctly. At any rate, the gist of their response indicated that they were looking for a suitable replacement and did not mention Ian's. I reiterated that there were several of us who did not like the Ian's nuggets and wouldn't buy them. We'll see what happens in the near months! In the meantime, I will just make my gf version of the nuggets from Jessica Seinfeld's "Deceptively Delicious." I tweak it a bit (too much moisture) and it is pretty good. Love that it has vegetables AND flax seed. The fish sticks from the Fish and Chips recipe out of Annabel Karmel's "First Foods" is great as well-- probably would work with chicken too. Anyone who has kids should own these books!
