Lack of breath is our quickest ticket to death. Fullness of breath is our
quickest path to a
fullness of life. Breathing fully and freely in each moment in our lives adds
unimaginable
power to our lives. Breath is the soil and water of miracles.

Please take 2 passport photos with you to get a fifteen day visa when you arrive. If you want to stay longer, we are making a visa run to Burma after 14 days to get new visas. To get a longer visa otherwise, it takes $75 and 4 days in Moscow or $170 if you use an agent. The visa run should cost less than $40 and it will be a fun adventure.

Turkmenistan Airlines still has roundtrip tickets for $520 for trips up to 15 days or $580 for 30 days plus $15 airport tax. Their number in Moscow is +7 095 978 0126

I dont know much about the shamanic aspects of throat singing, but
when I do it for any length of time I get into a very energized trance
state. It is a very enjoyable experience. a few times I have used it
in a practical way, like driving at night, I have gone for hours
totally engaged in throat singing. This is actually my #1 reason for
wanting to go to the conference. The breathwork is incredible too, if
I hadnt already done a lot of it then it would be #1. I think it is
partly the deep repetitive breathing in throat singing that creates
the trance. The vibrations and tones that you feel inside of you are
also a big part.

I would suggest any kind of dance or aerobic exercise for depression...yoga and prana breathing is good, belly dance is great, line dance and anything that gets your heart beat up and releases endorphines...  Spiritual Dancces of Universal Peace are excellent and involve dances and chants from many differnt spiritual backgrounds...

Dear person,

If you read The Breathing Book by Donna Farhi you'll see patterns of
dysfunctional breathing that the author helps readers identify and dismantle
for greater ease in living.

So far, the best fares are from Los Angeles and you can reserve them without deposit for one week at www.airbrokers.com  As of yesterday, flights leaving the week of February 5 were $720 roundtrip. Depending on when you fly, I have seen fares as low as $610. You can find cheap fares to LA on www.southwest.com  or www.expedia.com .Remember to leave at least two hours between arrival and deprture in LA. Even though it is an extra step, it is far less costly than trying to fly directly from anywhere else, unless you are flying from another west coast city. Please let us know if you find anything cheaper.

Hi Diana,
Once on Koh Pha Ngan, there are numerous taxis that will take you to Mae Haad Bay. The nearest town is Thong Sala. The page at www.breath2000.org/directions.html  has been updated to include more maps. There are seven different resorts that we are using and reservations are being spread out between them. Six of them are directly on Mae Haad beach. You are reserved at Royal Orchid Resort,106/12 Moo 7, Koh Phangan, Suratthani 84280, Thailand. They do not have a website but they are featured on several local websites like www.phangan.info/royalorchid.
They have a telephone though I use www.skype.com . Internet usage is five cents a minute and skype is two cents. It is important to add funds to your skype account before you leave home. If you have an unlocked quad band mobile phone, you can purchase Thai sim cards for $15 and the international rates are cheaper than land lines. In Thailand, you can buy unlocked second hand mobiles cheap if you don't have one If you want to really stay connected, you can forward your skype account to ring on your Thai mobile phone.

Hi Peter

Thank you for your email; this all sounds very interesting.

We could offer a beach based introductory dive at 1,200 ($30) Baht (rather than 1,800) and a full day out on the diveboat, including 2 dives, would cost 2,400 ($60) (usually 3,200).
This would be the official PADI "Discover Scuba Diving" programme, for which the participants would receive certificates and the chance to continue with their Open Water Diver training.

As ever we would provide personal attention, and a team of at least 5 professionals would be responsible for the groups safety and fun.
We would like to cross link; please tell me what you need from us.
Best wishes,
Nick.

I have never had a problem in Thailand and I rarely hear
about anyone else getting it, though some want to blame
the water for alcohol flu. I eat the salads, ice cubes and
eat the food from street vendors. Here are some links
just in case. Looks like calcium and yogurt are good
preventatives.

Regarding Bird flu  "Almost all human cases have been traced to close contact with infected poultry" is a quote from  http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=4988710.       If you are concerned about bird flu, you may want to avoid handling birds and there are no domestic birds near the conference area. There is no evidence of human to human transmission, so the chances of contracting bird flu is similar to getting struck by a meteorite.

I have a couple of questions to ask: Is there a medical clinic
available?
Yes, the Island Hospital is less than twenty minutes away and there are other clinics as well.
Do I have to have a passport?
A passport is required and visas are not required before travel. Russians and eastern Europeans should take 2 passport photos with them.
Is there running water/bath
facilities, and is water ok to drink?
Almost all of the bungalows have private showers and the water may be ok to drink though bottled water, like everything there, is very inexpensive

Can I find food designed for my nutritional needs?
There is a vast assortment of food available and the Thais are famously accomodating, so I am confident that you can get whatever you need.

What is the temperature like?
February is a beautiful time of year there. Last year after the tsunami, I slept comfortably in tents at night without a fan. The days are typically 80 to 90 and the surf temperature is inviting.

 Is the economy reasonable?
Thailand is a budget vacationers dream. Unless you go to a fancy modern resort, everything is less than half price. Many people travel there for medical and dental holidays.

Will there be escorts at the airport?
Let us know when you are arriving and we will connect you.

How much clothing/personal items should I bring?
Don't bring much because you will want to fill your bags with amazing bargains, especially on clothing.

Is it safe there for Americans?
They love tourists there. They understand how important tourism is to the economy, so everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and crime is severely punished. The only crimes I ever heard about were between tourists.

Hello,
I am interested in attending your International Holistic Conference in Thailand. I noticed that you offer scholarships for the conference and I was wondering if I could have some more information on who can qualify for a scholarship and if it includes the cost of the international flight to Thailand.

Many Thanks!
Scholarships cover the cost of the conference only. You can apply for scholarships by sending an email to ilovetobreathe@... stating reasons why you qualify for financial assistance. Incude your phone number. The best price we have found for US-Thai flights is $610 round trip from LA.
Breathing in love, Peter

1. During the first week, are we supposed to give the
workshops every day or how many? and how long should the one be?

You are welcome to give as many workshops as you please.
Workshops are in three hour increments, though you may use any part
of that. You will have a better sense when we are all assembled
there.

2. Will we give a concert, how many and how long should be the
performances?

We look forward to your concerts. The workshop times can be used
for that and the evenings are open for whatever length of time you
need. There are others who want to do concert-dances, so we will set
the times as we get closer to the event.

3. During the second week, are we free to offer the timetable for
seminar? I mean it can be either two full days (around 15 hrs in
total) or 4-5 days by 3-4 hrs. What can you advise? Maybe a longer
one is better as people can attend another seminars at the same days?

We will have a better picture by the end of the week. At this
time, the seminar schedule is open. There is an 8 day breathwork, a
four day reiki, a three day dance leader and some others that have
yet to scheduled, so give us your prefered dates and times and we
will fit it in. There will be some overlap and that is ok because
everyone will get what they need.

4. Is it supposed to advertise the seminars at Full Moon Party and
general audience on island? In which way?

We are advertising heavily in Thailand and the largest group will
appear on the 15th after the Full moon party. One example is through
website cross links and posters.

5. Is it supposed for us to be just a common attenders at Full Moon
Party or give a performance?

I will know before Feb 11 whether or not we can givee performaces
at the Full moon party. I am hopeful that we can because we also
want to do a large dance circle.

6. Is it possible to advertise and organize a concert for general
audience present on island?

That is a good idea. I will present it to our island partners.

7. Can we sell CD's at all our events?

Yes. I don't see why not.
