I am new to this stuff and a friend recommended trying different
workshops to help me deal with stress and depression. I am also
curious about throat singing and I would like to hear from people also
about the other kinds of workshops being offered. For example, how can
breathing help me? I don't think I have any breathing problems. Does
the breathing or dancing have long term benefits for depression?
