Dear Friends,

I am happy to report that we are forging ahead with our plans to host the Second Videoconference on flood remediation public health issues with our counter-parts in the Czech Republic on Thursday, March 20, 2003.  I have enclosed for your information and feed-back our draft agenda.  We will be adding a seventh (7th) site, the University of Cincinnati (Cincinnati, Ohio) to our videoconferencing network.  The original six (6) sites include:

                    Charles University (Prague, Czech Republic)
                    Indiana University (Bloomington, Indiana)
                    Colorado State University (Fort Collins, Colorado)
                    Georgetown University (Washington, DC)
                    Boston University (Boston, Massachusetts)
                    University of Manitoba (Winnipeg, Canada)

                   University of Cincinnati (Cincinnati, Ohio)
