I am writing to you as fellow Canadian and national member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association.  Shortly you will recieve your ballot for the upcoming election of the AIHA National.  I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, and to ask for your support in the upcoming vote.  My biographical background, and vision for the association is included in the materials you will receive with your ballot.
 
International members (including our four Canadian sections) make up almost 10% of the AIHA membership.  As the only
international candidate in the upcoming election, I will, if elected, do my best to ensure that Canadian and international
members have a voice in the AIHA Board of Directors.
