The next NC OSHERC NORA Interdisciplinary Seminar (webcast) is
Wednesday, August 20, 2008 from 2:00pm to 3:30pm ET. The seminar will
be live from the Mayes Center in Room 230, Rosenau Hall, UNC School of
Public Health, in Chapel Hill, NC. Marilyn Fingerhut, PhD,
Occupational Health Consultant with the National Institute for
Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) in Washington, DC will present
'Occupational Health and Safety in a Globalized World.' If you are
unable to attend the seminar on August 20, an archive link will be
available shortly after the seminar so you can view it at your
convenience.

Log in as a guest. Type in your first and last name and click the
'Enter' button. The OSHERC meeting space will open. There will be
an interactive question and answer session. Slides and an evaluation
form are available by request by contacting susan.randolph@....
 
The seminar has been approved for CE credit (1.5 contact hours or 0.15
CEU). To obtain the CE credit, please send Susan Randolph a check for
$4.00 payable to NC OSHERC and mail using the address listed below.
You will also need to send your PID and completed evaluation form. The
deadline to submit the materials for CE credit is September 2, 2008.
 
If you have attended and received CE credit for a NORA seminar, I
already have your PID. If you do NOT have a PID, I need your name and
date of birth to create one.
