Dear Colleagues

The Australian government has established a review to look at the model OHS law with the aim of unifying or harmonising over six different OHS legislative regimes.  It has just released its first issues paper which may be of interest.  The panel has spent several months talking with the judiciary, government and unions in the preparation of the paper.
