Can any of you who wear Irlen filters explain how you know when you have gotten
the best color(s) to reduce or eliminate your problems?
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

the only thing i can say is when you notice you have not needed a change in years then you have the best at the time,but when i needed a change i knew right...
