Hi Terri,
I hope that things have settled down and everyone is feeling better.
I hope that the filtered glasses help to calm Janet's system down,
like they have for Lu and me. Lu and I couldn't function without
our filters. We wear them all the time and switch to our darker
pair whenever we go out or just notice that we need the extra
protection. I am so sensitive that I start having neourolgical
problems again if the filters fade too much and for me getting the
filters correctly tinted brings immediate relief.
Helen Irlen told us that wearing the correct filter all the time
actually gives the brain a chance to heal. Now that I will be able
to get them retinted on a regular basis, I know I will be doing much
better.
It is so nice to hear that Janet can go for walks in the park and
out to the store with you. It must be nice not to have to live in
the dark. I hope that she feels better and you can all relax and
enjoy life together.
Have fun with the potty training. My oldest actually did train
herself in one day. We were at a theme park with toddler sized
toilets and no matter where we were, she managed to let me know in
time to get there in time. I wish it was always that easy.
