I hope that Janet continues to improve.
Thanks for the wishes for a bright and glorious spring. My life
certainly has done a complete turn around since I got my new indoor
and outdoor filters on Friday. I really put my new filters to the
test this weekend and had a wonderful time doing it. Friday night,
after driving for the first time in years--almost 30 miles on the
overcrowded California freeways, I drove my family to an ice cream
parlor almost 25 miles from home to celebrate. Saturday we went to
Santa Monica and spent the entire day enjoying the bright and
beautiful day on the beach. The ocean was full of beautiful white
sails from the sail boats and you could plainly see Catalina Island
in the distance. Several local sailing clubs were taking advantage
of the strong, cool wind. The ocean playfully reflected the
brightness of the sun and the sky was the most beautiful shade of
blue, dotted with quickly moving fluffy white clouds. The day was
absolutely gorgious. It was so good to be outside enjoying the
beauty of God's creation with my family again. After all of these
years of being house bound, I prepared by putting on a thick coat of
45 SPF sunblock but I still got sunburned. Sunday we went to the
mall and walked around. I am feeling so good. No more muscle
spasms, burning pain, numbness or shakiness. I can even carry two
glasses of water without spilling them. Even my posture has improved
noticably. I can think faster, and I can feel the difference in my
response time. My stomach has even settled down. Everything doesn't
upset it anymore and I can sleep at night. I haven't even had
anymore bouts with acid reflux which has been causing me to wake
suddenly in the middle of each night with stomach acid filling my
mouth and lungs, desperately wondering if I would ever get another
breath of air.
It is an indescribably good feeling to be able to do things again. I
feel so much better about myself and my life and my happiness is
bubbling over.
