Hi all,
It's been a month since my daughter has got her glasses and by god
What a difference already. Zoe is much happier, calmer and even
trying new things that she would never consider before such as rock
climbing with the school. Her brother was sceptical about the len's
saying that they will not make any difference at all. With in an hour
he was having a proper coversation with zoe for the frist time ever.
Where as before they would alway fight and argue.
I have her parent's evening tomorrow and
excited to her if the teachers have noticed a difference as well,
it's silly i know but i can't help myself.
On a different note i wonder if anyone can help me? Zoe's father has
got the same problem but recently he has had the flu. Its has made
his problems worse, that much so that his doctor has said its
anxiety attacks and put him on strong medication. He ran through some
of the symptoms and they match Irlens Syndrome. He has not been
tested
yet as he can't afford it. He was wondering if there is somewhere in
the uk that will help with the cost of the test, as he has been
signed off work for a 8weeks now and it's getting him down and wants
to finally get tested. I worries me also as he drives and having all
the problems. It scares me when he takes Zoe out for the day in the
Car, I pray that he doesn't have an accident.
