are all doing well.
I just came back from the Irlen Institute in Long Beach. Now I have
outdoor filters as well as my regular filters. They really help.
Finances have been so tight that I hadn't managed to have my filters
retinted since 1999 and they had gradually faded to the point where
I was having really bad neurological problems again but I didn't
have a spare pair to use during the retinting process until today.
I am already feeling much better. I found out that a simple retint
isn't expensive if you don't need any changes, so my advice is get
your filters brought back up to the proper specifications before you
start feeling bad.
