Hello Natty,
I have Irlens, migraines which have made me be sick and get a pain
behind/above my right eye if I read but if I put a patch on it I get the
pain in the other eye. I get exhauted too, especially by school, studying at
university and doing anything highly visual. Strip lights are the worst
thing for me. I always had the symptoms of writing moving and exhaustion
studying etc. but the migrainnes only started 3 years ago. Since then I've
being diagnosed with Irlens and have used Irlen lenses which reduce the
apparent movement of writing etc. and glare. They seem to have gradually
helped the migrainne situation. There are lots of other things that I find
help with this too though. See my last 2 messages I sent to the group as
your symptoms sound similar to mine and I wrote what helps me.
Best wishes,
Tim
