Hey, you have some great ideas here. Where did you get the Irlen glasses and
the Sporty Adidas from? Also, where did you buy the anti-glare filter film for
windows? I have a non-glare screen for my computer and even with sunglasses it
doesn't seem to help alot.

I bought an anti glare screen to put over my computer screen. I've
been surprised how much it has helped. I can be on the computer much
more now.

Other things that help me generally is using daylight bulbs,
redecorating the house in colours that suit my eyes, using anti
glare filter film on windows and experimenting with different
glasses in different weather conditions (both Irlen and other types
of sunglasses.)I've tried on dozens of frames, and the only frames
I've found which lets no light creep in above or below are a pair of
sporty Adidas ones that have foam around the edges.
