Hi,
Julie has posted some good tips on using color overlays on the
computers. She has a stack by her computer that she uses as needed. I
have found that the problems I have when using my computer, TVs...are
the graphics, patterns, colors, light, and contrast... I work around
them as best I can. Clues to know when I will get into trouble…and
prepare for these times with protecting myself from the lights…that
upset my system.
I asked Helen once if she was close to having color filter glasses
that automatically adjusted what colors you needed based on the lights
within the environment. She looked wishful as she
responded..."someday". When that day comes, and I can have glasses in
the right colors for me, I will break out in a dance.
I went up in a plane recently, and I was grateful for my dark glasses
as I was enthralled by the white fluffy clouds against a baby blue
sky…I could see the dept of each cloud, layer upon layer at different
altitudes. Without my glassed they would have looked pasted. Some were
moving, and some were not. It was breathtaking spectacular show of
nature! I am glad I did not miss it. It reminds me of what we miss in
our lives when lights bother us. Sadly, it's no picnic when this happens.
