I'm so sorry about all you have been through. I can identify as my
problems also began later in life as a result of pyhsical trauma. I
would be happy to help any way I can (listen, share experiences and
things that have proved helpful for me and will try to answer
questions or direct you to others who might have some answers.)
You mentioned getting relief from using colored paper and overlays
and you sound like you might be a candidate for Irlen Filtered
glasses. Have you been tested by a certified Irlen diagnostician to
see whether they might help?
