Learning Center holds screenings

Mid-Valley Learning Center is holding its second annual Make a
Difference Day Celebration by giving free screenings for dyslexia and
Irlen Syndrome, which causes people to see words move on a page or
other distortions. Mid-Valley helps with both of these learning
difficulties.

The screenings will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Oct. 22 at
Mid-Valley Learning Center, 1510 Queen Ave. S.E., across from
Samaritan Physicians. Registration is recommended to hold a place.
Three teachers will be screening.
