Hello all, I just joined the group.
My son was screened about six weeks agao, and his overlays have made
a major difference in his school performance. This past week I was
trained as a screener, and both my daughter and I were found to
suffer from the disorder. (As I suspected after my son's screening.)
My question is this: Why the heck is the American medical
establishment so reluctant to accept the existance of the huge body
of research about the condition? And why does the American
Ophthalmologic society continue to deny the existence of the
syndrome? I have my own thoughts on this, but I'd like to hear from
others.
Thanks!
