RE: sunglasses on top of Irlen lenses
The way a diagnostician explained it to me... and the way it seems to work
for me...
The Irlen lenses bring my eyes to what they should be. Then I can wear
sunglasses on top of them just like other folks wear sunglasses. The
sunglasses tint doesn't have to be so specific.
I should hasten to add, some of my clients who wear Irlen lenses don't need
extra sunglasses. Others do.
Sometimes I just wear little clips on top of my Irlen lenses. For very
bright days, I wear those wraparounds.
You should talk with your diagnostian.

here in Alberta, Canada. The tint of our Irlen lenses would be changed by
combining it with a sunglass tint. How does that affect you? I love my
Irlen tint, and would not like to mess with that. I will check into this,
thanks.
