I recommend you find an asian grocery store and try to
find the ginseng candy made in Wisconsin. There are
also small vials of a concentrated extract that can be
good. Some are better than others. A dozen bottles
for 3 or 4 bucks. Or sometimes 3 dozen for 10 bucks.
Hope you can find an asian grocery in your town.
