I am wondering about planting some ginseng in my brother's woods if he is
agreeable. I was going to plant it "wild-simulated" and give it minimal care.
Spraying for fungus as seedlings and keeping the major shrubs, saplings cut.

Is there a generally-agree practice for paying someone rent for using their
woods? I thought about offering him a certain percentage at harvest time, but
was unsure of what to offer him.

Does anyone on this list have knowledge on what is appropriate. Since he is my
brother, he probably would give me permission without compensation, but I don't
want to take advantage of him.

Thanks,
Bill
