Life can be so hard. We who struggle with food issues
know that oh too well. The twists and turns of
everyday life can really throw us off sometimes. It's
so easy to lose hope - to just want to give up.

"And we know that all things work together for good to
those who love God."

There is something inside us that won't let us give
up. There is a part of us, sometimes very small, that
knows there must be more to life than what we can see,
even when all of life seems so full of darkness.

Imagine being in a pitch black room. If even one thin
ray of light seeps in, it changes everything. Your
eyes are instantly drawn to. Hope is that light.

"Hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for
what he already has?"

You may not be able to see that hope today, but trust
me, and trust God, because it's there. And we know
this deep down in our souls.

"So we don't look at the troubles we can see right
now; rather, we look forward to what we have not yet
seen. For the troubles we see will soon be over, but
the joys to come will last forever."
