Do you feel alone in your struggle with food, anorexia, bulimia or compulsive overeating? Well, you aren't! This group has been designed to send an e-mail of encouragement about once a week, so that you know there are others out there who are also fighting for health, sanity and recovery. I myself have had an eating disorder for 13 years and am committed to maintaining a community for those who truly seek answers in their recovery. Whether you have been in recovery for years, or you don't even know if you want to recover, this group is for you. May God bless you immensely as you continue to strive towards recovery.
