I just wanted to let you all know that I'm doing better. I keep a
diary of the foods that I eat so this way I know what foods trigger
the acid reflux. I eat 6 small meals a day and try not to eat after
8pm. My stomach feels better if I don't eat 2 to 3 hours before going
to sleep. I have my bed elevated 6 inches off of the floor this way
the acid can't move up to my throat. I stay off of
wheat,sugar,glucose,acidity foods like apples,cucumbers,tomatoes,etc.
My diet consists of mostly Japanese foods such as
salmon,seaweed,tofu,etc. I can go on and on about what I've been doing
to help my acid reflux without taking any medications. If anyone is
interested in hearing about my suggestions feel free to email me and I
can try to help you out. It's not easy and you have to have a positive
attitude about getting better. AND WE WILL!!!
