I was in so much pain put my Dr put me on a high fiber diet and
Manasual and a stool softer and today i am a whole lote better i have
been eating a lot of vegetable and fruint tery this diet it works at
least for me it did
Drink a lot of bottle water like 8 bottles and email me back
