MyKhayder how was your scope? I was eating a lot of chicken soup too
but with all the salt I ended up with my blood pressure going up so I
cut that out. I am still very stricted, too restricted I am sure to
get all my vitamins I need but I can eat a banana for breakfast now
instead of toast and jello and for lunch I am eating tuna on crakers
instead of just a slice of turkey of a piece of bread. I am sure that
turkey slice had lots of salt too. Last night for dinner was my real
first meal in almost three weeks and it was a plain chicken breast
and green beans. No spices added and all very bland. I actually did
ok with that.
