Fosamax can woren reflux.
What is your sleeping position?
Personally
I need an inclined sleeping position to
keep the esophagus healthy. I use 18 inches
at the head of my bed. I use a foam mattress
and the bed has a foot board the keeps both
mattress and sleeper from sliding out of
bed.
Have you ever talked to a physician that is
interested in alternative medicine or life
extension medicine, they can provide
a real second opinion.
For your osteoporosis you
should read the articles on
the use of vitamin K available thru
PUBMED. Make a special point of reading
what the Japanese are doing and researching.
You should read the researchers
Vieth, Holick, and Heaney thru the
same source on the topic of vitamin D3.
The standard suggestions for it use are
wrong for many especially those in
higher latitudes or are living indoors according
these researchers.
I'd also suggest you consider DHEA, boron,
and perhaps strontium, HGH, estrogen, and tesosterone.
....For the osteoporosis not the reflux.
As to reflux and the related heartburn,
I've been free of symptoms and free the
Doc's Meds for 21 months.
