I cannot use lemon juice at all anymore. I haven't been able to eat oranges or
drink orange juice for years & years due to allergies to them. I stopped eating
grapefruit & drinking the juice a few years ago as well. I seem to be getting
bad reactions to apple juice lately, tho not apples per se. I tried watermelon &
it's somewhat aggravating but not too much so.

Subject: [GERD reflux disease] Lemon Juice
Hi,
How many people here can ingest any kind of citrus fruit or juice
without aggravating your acid reflux, if not in the short term, then
in the long term?
Citrus fruits and juices are on *every list* that I've ever seen that
tells you not to eat or drink these highly acidic foods or juices.
Trial and error is encouraged because some people can tolerate what
others can't but somehow I just can't believe that lemon juice, in
particular, wouldn't make a bad situation worse!
Just my two cents.
Ruth
