you could try a slice of one on a sandwitch in which there is some protien.
fresh tomatoes are almost alkaline.. but it almost must be vine ripened and very
fresh.
try it and see,, but only one slice to start with.

Has anyone had experience with fresh strawberries?

I thought all tomatoes were off limits. Are fresh tomatoes on the GERD
diet? This would be good news for me!

Thanks, Sandy

The celery sticks would be for alkalizing the system... the oppisite of the
vinigar.Cucumber is alkaline and very ripe fresh tomatoess... well could be
alkaline too.
