I think the idea that a (small) glass of wine with a meal is good for
digestion might be wishful thinking on my part! I will take your advice.

I understand from what I've read about GERD, though, that alcohol is a
trigger for GERD so you might want to have it at lunchtime instead of
dinnertime and you may want to have it infrequently.

There is an exception to this that I'm thinking of starting and that
is to have a small glass of red wine with dinner. I understand that
aids digestion. Sandy
