How different we are! I've just begun trying the "apple cider vinegar" idea
with heartburn (GERD in my case), and it works! I'm astounded. I've heard
about this for years, and never tried it; it just sounded so unlikely. But it
looks like, if you need additional "acid" support, ACV will give it to you. So,
in addition to chewing on raw celery stalks, and eating very ripe tomatoes, as
well as raw cucumber slices, ACV is the latest addition to my "alternative"
approaches to acid reflux.

I tried vinigar and it almost killed me.
Tore up my stomach with it's acid effect.
I got ulcers and gastritis worse from it.
Like putting acid on an open wound.
I then lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks because eating hurt soooo much after that.
The only time I would consider this would be to put a drop or 2 right on to
some protien i would be eating, like meat.
It could help to break this meat down and digest it.. but be careful.
Wait till your stomach pain/heartburn is under control.
And dont do anything acid on an empty stomach.
Take it from me.
I know for sure that my stomach already produces too much acid.
As per the book, the purpose of the honey and water is to try to alcalize the
vinigar..
but still.
The benefit of vinigar is to help to digest food.
I see no reason to put it into an empty stomach.
