"Ex-members Crush Attempts to Muzzle Free Speech on Internet"

The Gentle Wind Project involved ex-members in frivolous, time
consuming, damaging and expensive legal actions. Judy and Jim Garvey
warn consumers and potential recruits on the website

The cult's lawsuit was recently dismissed in Federal Court. It seems
that the Gentle Wind Project principals were outraged when Mr. and
Mrs. Garvey wrote about their 17 years with the cult.

Email exchanges were presented as evidence but were found to have no
bearing on the plaintiff's allegations.
