I uploaded a copy of the Court's ruling in favor of Jim & Judy. The
Court basically found that there was insufficient evidence to support
a claim of racketeering against Jim & Judy. Once the federal claims
were dismissed, the Court decided not to exercise jurisdiction over
the state law claims and the Court dismissed the entire lawsuit.

Atlhough GWP could appeal and could refile the state claims in state
court, this is an important victory for the truth and free speech.
GWP must have spent several hundred thousand dollars in legal fees and
they came up empty. Congratulations to Jim & Judy!
