The Gentle Wynd lawsuit is still active?!!

It is hard to believe that any nonprofit  would squander donated funds to silence critics at what must be a cost of hundreds of thousands.

In my experience, defamation cases generally are settled or dropped, but when the truth on the side of a defendant is perceived as a threat, a plaintiff will pursue the case with a vengeance.

Members of Gentle Wynd should demand accounting of this, and more.
