Your encouraging opinion is much appreciated. It has been a
long process -- beginning with the Millers' verbiage about lawsuits
in December 2003, and then their filing of the lawsuit in May 2004
against so many co-defendants, and now continuing.
We have many positive things in our lives to balance this out -- for
which we are very grateful -- and are prepared and quite willing to
go to trial if that's what needs to happen.
By the way, there won't be a decision on the Motion for Summary
Judgment right away, as the attorney for the Millers et al received
a 3-week extension to reply.
