In our continuing defense against GWP's lawsuit, we have filed
a "Summary Judgment Motion" and "Statement of Material Fact" with
Maine District Court.

As these are public documents, we have also posted them near the top
of "Wind of Changes" website -- http://www.windofchanges.org -- for
people to read.

This Motion is very useful as a concise summary of facts that have
come forward from the plaintiffs' and defendants' own
deposition testimonies and other documents. Relevant quotes from the
testimonies are used throughout.

We're pleased to be able to share these documents so that people
can continue to evaluate the facts about GWP's lawsuit
independently. Preserving the right to read and speak about personal
experiences is the reason we chose to defend against GWP's
attempts to silence us.
