Maine District Court is strict about dates. They did allow a one-day
extension due to the GWP plaintiffs' attorney's schedule, but
otherwise the deposition scheduling is now completed.

Perhaps reality of the legal process is setting in with the
plaintiffs, as the only people they decided to depose were both of
us and our two expert witnesses.

GWP's "reality" is not supported by the facts, and as additional
information is available it will be open to the public in great
detail at trial. We have attended each of the plaintiffs'
depositions to bear witness to their answers given under oath.
