Re: Lawsuit info

Dear Carl,

Thank you for your reminder of the wheels of justice and for your
presence on this board.

We will go back to Portland next week when our attorney will depose
the remaining three gwp plaintiffs, Carol Miller, Shelly Miller, and
Joan Carreiro. Mary Miller, John Miller, Pam Ranheim, and a non-
plaintiff -- a long-term staff member -- have already been deposed,
and we were present for all of it.

In addition, the gwp attorney will depose another of our expert
witnesses. As we probably mentioned, these depositions take place in
attorneys' offices.

The court calendar states that depositions in gwp's case must be
completed by August 10th, so if you haven't received notice yet it
looks like they're not coming to San Diego to depose you. We hope
you aren't too disappointed!

The truth will be totally open to the public at trial. However, as
this process advances, the facts are already becoming available
through documents and depositions. Documentation of actions,
answers to questions, and written documents effectively blow away
the smokescreens.

We are learning that holding people accountable can be an exercise
in compassion, no matter how difficult it might be to listen to
them.

Jim and Judy

Carl, One virtue of living in Maine is its relatively small population (ca. 1.3 million), so this is probably reflected in the Court scheduling. At this point...
