Hello Carl,

The legal process is moving along on schedule, as is the case under
Federal court rules.

The scheduled depositions in attorneys' offices continue for the
next couple of weeks with some others possibly being added. They are
going quite well.

The depositions of John Miller, Mary Miller, and one Non-Plaintiff
(a long-time GWP follower) have so-far yielded flat denials
concerning the GWP "energy work" involving group sex or sex of any
kind.

GWP and the Millers based their amended lawsuit claim on this
denial, as well as their denials of other facts from our personal
stories of 17-years with their group.

If that type of testimony continues, we will proceed to trial, where
the facts will come out, along with additional testimony, on
December 5, 2005.
