Miller, Carol Miller, Shelly Miller, Joan Carreiro, and Pam
Ranheim's)lawsuit against us continues.

Plaintiffs Mary Miller and John Miller will be deposed next week by
our attorney in Portland, ME.

Our Expert Witness has filed a Report, addressing points that the
Millers et al find disagreeable about our personal stories of 17
years with gwp.

A second Expert Witness Report may be filed in the future, concerning
the "research methods" that the group has used to test their "healing
instruments."
